I do not sell equipment and do not represent a vendor. That keeps the diagnosis focused on evidence, not on protecting a commercial story.
The work is vendor-neutral by design: if the machine is right, I document what proves it; if it is wrong, I document why and what should happen next.
What I inspect
Machine state, files, RIP, ICC, materials, print modes, curing, adhesion, operator routine, QC gates and CRM/ERP truth.
The goal is to separate machine problems from process problems, color-management problems, handover problems and reporting problems.
